Who am i?

I have always been intrigued by human behavior, emotions, and the subconscious mind. I knew studying all of this in depth was a huge part of my life path. I went to the University of Tampa and received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2014. As i weaved through the years on my own path of self discovery, i became more tuned into my intuition, energy and power within. It was time to use this energy and power that shined so brightly inside me to help others on a greater scale. In August of 2018, I started my journey to become a Certified Hypnotherapist at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute founded by the legendary Hypnotherapist, Dr. John Kappas. Along this journey, I became a Reiki Practitioner - playing the role as a vessel for life force energy to move through me. I have opened myself up to more doors within my practice by becoming a Certified Therapeutic Imagery Facilitator, Hypnosis and Childbirth Specialist, and Past Life Regression Facilitator. In September of 2019, I graduated HMI with 720 hours in the field and received my diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy. I work 1:1 with clients to bridge the gap of where they are currently and where they would like to be. I feel absolutely honored and humbled to have the opportunity to use my gifts to heal, empower and improve peoples lives for the better.
